BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at Part of an unplatted tract, being part of the property described in deed book 3766, page 835, ROHC. Said part of tract begins on the northeast line of East Brainerd Road 509.22 feet southeast of the intersection of the northeast line of East Brainerd Road with the southeast line of Bunker Hill Drive, thence northeast some 204 feet, thence southeast 100 feet, thence southwest 206.94 feet to the northeast line of East Brainerd Road, thence northwest 100 feet with East Brainerd Road to the point of beginning. Tax Map No. 158E-C-9 (part). from R-1 Residential Zone to C-6 Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 0C 1.
